No information Ric Kessler Photography receives from Customers is ever divulged to anyone. Complete confidentiality is assured.

It is our policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, is private and confidential, therefore Ric Kessler Photography does not release, sell, rent or otherwise make available any information received from the client.

Our computers are not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information about our visitors. Our server does track information about the visits to our Web site. We compile statistics that show the daily number of visitors to our site, the daily requests we receive for particular files on our Web site, what countries those requests come from, and what browsers were used. These statistics are used internally to better provide services to the public and may also be viewed by others but the statistics contain no personal information.
